Engagements

Photography, video and Content Partner work is engaged by quote or agreement. The terms in that document govern each job, including usage rights, turnaround and payment.

Liability

To the extent New Zealand law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act or the Fair Trading Act where they apply.
